I love maps
The saddest nature recording is of the last Kauai'oo songbird which went extinct in 1987.
The recording is of a male bird which makes its mating call, expecting a female to respond. The bird doesn't know that he is the last of his species, and nobody will answer his call.
Human beings casually settling every piece of land of Earth:
I love maps
As always amazing vids bro
4:10 tbh, pandas themselves aren't doing much to not letting them go extinct
6:38 well... There is a stereotype that bears in my country are living just like humans, and that we have them as pets... Unfortunately (or gladly) they are not in the same region where i live
The saddest maps on this channel.
1:13 The last Central Asian tiger died in captivity in Afghanistan during the 1st Taliban rule.
I live in the USA, home to numerous grizzly, and brown, bears.
And don't forget the massive numbers of black bears.
Another sad case is the passenger pigeon that used to live in North America. Around 1860 there were an estimated 5 billion (yes, billion), some 60 years later the very last one died in a zoo.
Yes my country used to have a bunch of brown bears
Brown bears can be found in my country 🇬🇷, at nothern mountainous areas. Sometimes they go downhill in towns.
Do you mean American or Asian black bears that were introduced? I was not aware there were black bears in Europe.
@@Bacopa68 No, typo, there are brown bears.
Wolf: 20 years ago almost extinct in Europe. Now: everywhere, even in densely populated countries like Netherlands and Denmark.
They have also become more numerous and widespread in North America, especially the Great Lakes region.
I remember when pandas where only two or three left in the world. Thank God they were saved. I hope we can save all other animals
Pandas clearly want to go extinct. They are just not horny enough.
I love maps!👍👍👍
Interesting note: The Grizzly is a sub species of Brown bear and in Canada there are almost all Grizzlies. The Alaskan Brown bear is larger and sticks to a more coastal environment.
We need more 🐻s.
🐻🐻🐻🐻🐻❤
Tasmanian tigers could be added to this list as in the 1930s the last one died who was in incaptivity
Brown bears does live in my country, I’ve actually seen them in the wild! But I’ve never gotten to see a Lynx :(
I've seen Asian elephants, giraffes, and pandas many times, rhino(not sure black or white)once. All in zoos, of course.
7:16 fun fact: scientists are trying to bring back dodo birds from the dead.
In my country brown bear attacks are increasing lately.
Since our government restricts gun possession so strong, even licensed hunters struggle keeping their job properly.
So then people live near brown bears only have choice escape or battling with melee weapons.
What's the backgound music? It's really nice :D
Use shazam hahah. I dont remmeber
I have seen a elephant with my own nice
I have brown bears not only in my country, but in my city! Nice job with these videos
I live in Sweden but 6 years ago I went to Uganda. There I saw elefants, hippos, crocodiles, rhinoes and giraffes to name a few.
In Japan brown bears are increasing in numbers due to dwindling human population in some rural areas.
As a south african i've seen a couple elephants by a nature reserve
I LOVE MAPS 👍
Silently watching from Nepal❤️🇳🇵
i love maps
I have brown bears in my country
I never knew that there were brown bears in Poland, even nowadays! (but it looks that they would only appear in Silesia)
Love from Poland! 🇵🇱❤🇪🇪
Bro white giraffes are mutations not species. Neither are white lions or Tigers, nor black Jaguars and leopards
6:37 yes they live if Canada I saw one 4 days ago😅

I love maps and brown bears do live in my country!
I love maps and I will be happy I guess
Brown bears and grizzlies are the same species, but there are a lot of different subspecies. I live in the USA.
Tigers are fully extinct in Cambodia
There are no grizzly bears in the UK
In Thailand I saw many elephants. Unfortunately, a lot are exploited for tourism money.
Brown bears live in my country. I have ridden and elephant. I love maps.
It is sad to see many of these animals lose their homes and populations. It good though that some species are rebuilding their population
I see wild animals every day. I live near Maasai Mara in Kenya

1:37 error it says tiger

I got the Giraffe
gorbilla
I'm sorry to say this. But animals have sooo many species, and human just one species. For example, tigers killed 60 peoples per year, but that's just a small number if we compared it with all animals species.
And all of the species doesn't reach 1 million population. And how about humans? Just one species, but sooo many population? Isn't that boring-
And I REALLY LOVE MAP!❤
(Sorry for my bad English)
Frisrt
What the fuk
I don't think white giraffes are a species
🇲🇲: 😎
ok
Reply I love map to make me happy
Third love your vids
Damn, I didn’t even realise how early I am.
Dang 14 minutes
Heart me pls❤😢
Fuq hunting
How else are we supposed to eat?
How else are we supposed to eat? I think you’re thinking of poaching
@@georgehenan853 you can eat without hunting. Poaching is the same thing, just a different word to make hunters feel better. And in the video “hunted to extinction “ not “poached to extinction “
10th in comment section make a video on american naming countries again
He’s already done that. It would be more interesting to see a video of people labeling American states
I know this is for educational purposes, but next time try to be more light harded, ok?🥲
