❖原料 ingredients
❖蛋糕材料 Cake (6 inch)
植物油 vegetable oil 30g
牛奶 milk 15g
柠檬汁 lemon juice 15g
一个柠檬的皮 zest of one lemon
鸡蛋 eggs 3
低筋面粉 cake flour 80g
糖 sugar 70g
预热到280ºF(140ºC)的烤箱烤50分钟
bake in a pre-heated oven at 280ºF(140ºC) for 50 minutes
❖柠檬酱 lemon sauce：
蛋 egg 1
糖 sugar 50g
柠檬汁 lemon juice 50g
一个柠檬的皮 zest of one lemon
黄油 butter 20g
❖柠檬淡奶油 lemon cream:
淡奶油 heavy cream 400g
糖 sugar 10g
柠檬酱 lemon sauce
黄色色素 yellow food coloring (optional)
