❖原料 Ingredients
低筋面粉 cake flour 40g
高筋面粉 bread flour 140g
黄油butter 113g cut into small pieces and keep in fridge until use
蛋黄 egg yolk 1 (~15g)
盐 salt 3g
牛奶 milk 45g
黄油 butter 20g
糖 sugar 8g
预热好的烤箱375°F(190°C)烤大约40分钟
in a pre-heated oven, bake bread at 375°F(190°C) for about 40 minutes
