* 柠檬酱 lemon sauce:
柠檬汁 lemon juice 100g
2个柠檬的皮 zest of two lemons
糖 sugar 60g

黄油 butter 30g

柠檬酱 lemon sauce 200g
软化的黄油 softened butter 120g
低筋面粉 cake flour 160g
鸡蛋 egg 2
奶粉 powdered milk 80g
泡打粉 baking powder 4g
牛奶 milk 120g
糖 sugar 60g
适量椰蓉做装饰 some coconut flakes for decoration
预热好的烤箱350ºF(180ºC) 烤20-25分钟
in a pre-heated oven, bake at 350ºF(180ºC) for 20 - 25 minutes
