According to my knowledge, 3 copyrights are actually deleted from RUclips in a month. I asked him whether copyright will come or not, he said no, because I want to confirm it, please tell me.
To my knowledge, RUclips Shorts isn't as strict on copyrights as standard RUclips videos. I'd test it though, upload a test Short with the audio and see if it gets flagged. Preferably, use a dummy account.
