Several people have reported benzodiazepine like withdrawal from magnolia bark (ie anxiety, agitation, seizures ) etc whereas studies demonstrate it doesn’t incur dependence like diazapam.

Thank you for the info My brother in law brought me some bark back from Africa to help with my seizures a while back. Not sure if it’s magnolia but it looks like it.& I feel like it has the same benefits. I noticed it helps with my insomnia I developed after having my first seizure not too long before my baby was born, it also helps prevent my seizures , helps with my rem sleep, my memory & more

I hear different dosage recommendations for tinctures of Sweet Bat Magnolia. Can I just take this in a single daily dose? I/E , an evening shot, like a glass of wine. I suffer from anxieties. It is getting better after giving my TV away! LOL
