Wowwwwww. Thann you always for sharing. The first bit caught me so I had to pose and say it out loud that it makes so much sense now, there are many days I am so tired at the end of the day and I wonder what's wearing me out!!! For me its partly people, but I have realized the greater part has been thoughts!!! I think so much and I get a situation and turn it in all directions especially the bad situations, play things in my mind until you feel like your head is almost blowing. So this week too is when I realized I am giving so much of my energy mentally to bad and negative thoughts. And they drain so much. So I am praying, hoping and learning to turn this energy around to the good things that bring light to my heart

You know when you see the eye bugs and hope its all okay for someone behind the scenes. The feeling of being tired even after 12 hours of sleep is real, reflecting on situation is key. Flavia, if our dreams dont scare us, then we are not dreaming enough. The scary stage gets over then the excitement stage about the dreams kicks in.. Voila, tomorrow dont know us eventually.
