they were vampires and she was the LIGHT. The operatic voice you mentioned (good catch) was the one with the tall hat. If you watch closely in the beg. It seems like the one who turned them (leader) was the hat dude (yes exceptional voice). You can tell his eyes were shining at the very beginning by the tree. Newayz Lindsey came out being the light of course...great cover ..beautiful
Being a huge Freddie Mercury and Queen fan since the 70's, I don't usually put much thought into other people doing covers of their songs. However, I absolutely loved this version and thought everyone in it did a phenomenal job, especially Victor Metcalfe (the one playing the piano and wearing the top hat 🎩). I agree that Lindsey Sterling plays the violin 🎻 masterfully. Freddie once said "Do whatever you want with my music, just don't make it boring." In my opinion, this was not boring. 👑 ❤
I must apologize for the uneven volumes between the music track and my speaking, I was using a new camera, new software and a different microphone and I didn't quite get the settings quite right it would appear. Rest assured I shall do my very best to remedy this by the next video.
Thank the goddess someone else besides me sees the vampire/Immortal connection is this song and video. I've seen Jesus and God in Heaven brought up too many times from people totally missing the point. In this video I see the singers/characters kind of sad and tired of living, watching their loved one die while they live on with that pain. And no, it's not Freddie Mercury, but you have to listen to it as their own version. Like I did with the original movie 1973s Jesus Christ Superstar. I grew up with that film and love it to death, watching it a couple hundred times at least. When the 2000 and 2012 versions came out I totally loved them too, but it took me quite a while to not hear the original in my head; tone of voice, how long a note is held, and the like. No worse, just different. Anyway, enough rambling. Thanks for posting this video, maybe opening people's eyes to a great group.
I've watched the music video several times in the last week and when I left the above post I agreed with MetalHead that the violinist really didn't fit in with the rest of the singers/video. But earlier this evening it came to me that maybe the beautiful young woman happily playing and dancing in the sunlight while the vocalists were in a dark space mourning the loss of their loved ones, was there to take them home. to bring them out of the melancholy darkness.
Victor micaliff was the more operatic one in the hat. He always wears a hat. I like Freddie mercury just fine but this version resonates with me on another level. The whole production just... It's just wow. Glad to see pothead appreciating this version and finally finally FINALLY ❣️ doing reactions of it... Goosebumps Everytime 💜💜💕💜💜 Sorry though I disagree about the violin, I think it was magical 🥰
So this became completely unfair. First great voices, insane violin a beautiful woman, then just for good measure "She's a redhead" so I'm screwed. lol Music is my religion.
It would be cool if you reacted to Lindsey Stirling's original music. I will leave you a link to one of her newest single from her new CD ARTEMIS being released September 6. Most of her music is instrumental, but not all and she just started her European tour. Here is the link to "Underground". ruclips.net/video/EJ09pSuA9hw/видео.html

I think there are few things more beautiful than an open and curious mind. Thank you so much! Peace...

Yeah the eyes and the large K9's weren't a give away. Oh and somehow the sun kills them. I'm unable to see how you don't get that connection. Haha
After Forever does a good cover of this as well as a band called Onyria. This is my absolute FAVOURITE Queen tune.

love ya dude, thanks for listening to a great tune to react to... like mercury's version too, but that was beautiful.
There will only every be one Freddy, of course. However, I think he'd approve of this beautiful, cinematic rendition by the Canadian Tenors.
There are 4 guys. 2 have the operatic voices
Hey.... Check out Chris Klafford ;)). He has a RUclips channel where you can check him out!! Incredible voice ❤️

I hear that!
@@MetalHeadReacts Some time life's just not fair, but I like it non the less.
