But Marie is in her element and seems fulfilled in all her creative endeavors. She has had a great teacher in Stephanie.

My mom had three bottles of her perfume that she wore and my husband was going to throw them away because none of us would wear it but I said you have no idea just when I’m missing her so much I can take a sniff from the bottle and scent brings you back so much it’s crazy so I gave my son a bottle & my daughter a bottle and I kept a bottle, it was a perfect memory for all three of us. Rather Cryptic ...well, this could be taken any way your imagination allows. If it is meant to pit Stephanie & Marie against one another it's rather foolish, because they have been acquainted and friends for many years. I only see mutual respect there. But if it is an innocent observation that Marie only likes what she likes ...for instance, unadorned aprons -then I agree. Marie's taste is straightforward and simple, and it is good for one to know one's own mind, likes, and dislikes, and not feel bashful about being oneself when it is a simple matter of taste.

I would love to have a cloth or vinyl bag with a photo of St. Cecelia on it, since that is the vault section where I selected a star for my mother. Lots of good ideas.

They were a large customer of mine as well as Versace, YSL, Burberry, Channel, JPG etc. I’ve kept many of the items from perfume to clothing and accessories since the late 80’s given to me for my work with them. The very same day in 91 I think. I was presenting to them on the bath road directly opposite Heathrow and as part of my presentation I used the taking off of concord to my left to show what greatness was about. Little did I know they were already awarding me a contract and was about to fly at the end of the day to Paris to sign. And it was not marketing. It was about how to use computers and the internet to promote the product. It took me places. 🙌

I am amazed how much the chapel is coming along. it is beautifully done, and with you keeping it the way it use to be is great to see. I think the chapels of old with all their beautiful decorations are great to see. Thank you also for sharing your amazing lives and also giving inspiration to others. I hope to get to La Lande to visit one day in the future.

Hi All, I love the extremely detailed work in the chapel, but it is truly a work of art. I'm hoping to buy in France in maybe a year or two and I hope there is a chapel on the property. Mark & Sott

In case you experience another tedious and tiring task such as paint stripping over and over again, here are some important words to remember after Once, Twice, Thrice. Just go with Fourfold, Fivefold, etc, but If it goes on more than five times, I say just throw in the towel and move on! Unless of course you are using a stencil to match patterns during chapel renovations.

saving someone's perfume or cologne they liked to wear who has passed on.. its like getting a virtual hug from them from heaven ... its such a heart warming and healing thing to do when ur grieving ... we never really stop grieving the loved ones we have lost ...we just learn to live with it day by day as the years go by ...im glad im not the only one who does this ...thanks for sharing Stephanie that was very sweet that u do that too... i enjoy collecting little unique old bottles of cologne and perfumes and trinkets like that as well .. but my most prized ones are the ones that i can smell my past with and get those sweet hugs from heaven every now and then when im down or missing them ...

Loved the old Avon cheapness🤣. But! I worked with Guerlian. Not for the manufacturing but to help them with there distribution and delivery worldwide.
They had an office in the old Hoover building. And that’s where I nailed putting delivery and accounting systems in it would of been 1992

The Chapel is truly changed so much from last summer and even since last week! I’m glad they’re doing such a meticulous job as it has made a massive difference in how it looks! I know I speak for many when I say, “I can’t wait to see it when it’s finished!”!
Much love and positive vibes from across the ocean in the US State of Montana. ✨💖✨

I always look forward to the “Chateau Dairies because it’s an escape from the crazy and volatile world in which we live. Like most viewers, I found your channel during the pandemic and have never missed an episode, including Cadeau. I have to say, I do miss the old Sunday vlogs devoted to a particular subject be it toile du joie, design elements, or history. But we are so fortunate to receive this information on an almost daily basis.
    Forever a loyal viewer,
    Kelly

Chateau living in all its glory including the food, people, animals, gardens and the restoration of the Chapel/Chateau etc. Absolutely love it even it means staying up late to watch on a Sunday. Also don’t forget the huge amount of money that’s being spent on saving a unique Chapel. 🥰👏
