than you for making this video does apple pencil still work with the ipad after replacing the glass? i heard it has a specific memory chip for apple pencils
Hi, thx for this video and instructions. CAN you please tell me 1. Excactly which liquid is you mention it on 11:18 (Chemical … ?) “Diliminin”? And you use it at 12:02. 2. Excactly which liquid is you use it at 15:26 for glue cleaning from LCD? You use some kind of sponge? Or soft paper? Thank you a lot, Ana
That was a brilliant set of techniques that I can use. The hot plate was a piece of the effort that was tops. Steve Jobs would be HORRIFIED at what Tim Cook did to the engineering. Jobs was a perfectionist in form, function, reuse, extensibility, and elegance of maintenance. What they have done with glue, tape, cheap plastic, and ill-maintenance would make him fire a lot of people.
Thank you so much for this. As a beginner, these tips are golden. I've been doing a few Apple watches lately and going pretty well. Invested in the Nasan Supa Lite full set for Apple watches and phone displays and was super lucky to pick up an Ak Pro laminator machine for €200 yesterday. Will practice iPads starting next week. I'm watching this video more than twice haha, solid info here. Appreciate you and keep the videos coming!!!
Hi im curious does changing screen on ipad 10.5 will remove touch id or fingerprint sensor even u used the original homw button from the old original screen? Hope I get a honest reply thank you 🤍
Excellent, clear video. I take it this repair is not worth attempting unless one has hundreds of dollars worth of special equipment.
