The Dodgers will probably have to move Chris Taylor; which they can do, but his salary is $14 mill this year, making him difficult to move without the Dodgers picking up much his salary for a fading utility player. Unless you can think of someone else the Dodgers can move to make room for Kike. There could be someone else I missed.

Come on Mike, if the Dodgers have to worry about any opponent with our pitching staff and lone up, then our front office would look really silly after spending over $1 billion. I wish Brasier well. He did a good job for us.

They are fine Kriby is way better and tanner is too. Brasier will take a step back and Cubs have no change at beating Dodgers in a 5 game series. Not to mention they have a ton of great mid reliever and starting pitchers coming up in prospects.

This is why players want to play for the Dodgers. We take care of our players even when we trade them away. We put them in position to win on another team. Classy. Bravo

I respect what Ryan Brasier has done for the Dodgers when he has been healthy. He's going into his age 37 season and he's not a closer. He was expendable. He gives the Cubs bullpen more depth but doesn't transform it into some super bullpen..
The Cubs will be lucky to get a Wild Card spot in the playoffs this year. They are not a huge threat and it's highly unlikely the Dodgers will see them in the playoffs.

I wonder what LA got in the trade. Cubs decided not to wait for the waiver. So something is coming the dodgers way. Maybe prospects or draft lottery pick
