Stage: Battle of Otsu Castle (4th Story Mode Stage)
Difficulty: Hell (修羅)
Every Rare weapon in this game requires that you complete all 4 of the tactical bonuses in a stage
Requirements (In order that I would recommend)
1. Defeat Iyo Kuroda within 2 min
2. Defeat Izu Akao before Muneshige Tachibana is defeated
3. Defeat Guard Captain with a combo count of 200 or more
4. Defeat Oi Yamada while at full health
Tips: Super easy, just don't use a power weapon, as it makes him even slower than he usually is....

Don't know if you know about this: By pressing triangle in the "Items" page before you start, you can rearrange the items that you bring and make a optimal build.

I did know that, thanks. I don't usually do it, as it's not needed for most weapons. But I have changed the items for Kotaro's 5th weapon.

I wish his helmet from SW2 cinematic came back properly and I do not count the Orochi 2/Z alternate appearance

Oh yes they should bring the helmet back it make Yoshihiro much more badass, damn you Ginchiyo for ruining his helmet.
