- In episode 46 ( • Niagara Wine ) I made a (very) inexpensive Niagara Wine for my wife from grocery store grape juice. It came out pretty good, so she asked me to make more. In this video I show my process from beginning to end of making a double (2 gallon) batch. It's a simple process using ingredients you can get at your local grocery and winemaking/brewing stores! Give it a try and have a taste of the Niagara Falls region!

All of your brewing videos make it seem so simple, it really takes the fear/uncertainty out of the process for me, so thank you for that! Are those 'special' oak chips, or are they the ones used for grilling?
Thank you! It really is pretty simple. The Yeasties do all the hard work. 😉 The oak chips are 'special.' They are made specifically for oaking beverages from the correct species, properly seasoned, with no additives, etc. You can get them from any brew store.
