I'm not autistic and still I struggle maintaining eye-contact. It requires such a conscious effort for me that I can't think of what to say next, or imagine what the other person has said without breaking eye-contact!
Once you break through you're able to notice way more facial expressions and gage the situation... It's like a muscle. Keep flexing it and it becomes second nature.

Small doses.. just try a few seconds at first, then you can look away. It's like doing a rep. If you put much pressure on yourself to maintain eye contact it's like trying to lift more than your body can. The only caveat and trouble I run into is when I'm thinking about eye contact I'm doing just that, and I notice I'm no longer listening to what being said so catch 22 in some ways but I'd suggest incremental glances.. hope this helps if at all

I would advise breaking your patterns and venturing off into new risk. Don't make your efforts monotonous. Moreover, make educated choices/risk rather than jumping into a path you're not familiar with. You must not only be a risk taker but you have to strategize. Also, pace yourself and remember slow and steady wins the race. Avoid the pitfalls of comparing your progress in life with others and focus on yourself. Go into a meditative and isolated bubble if you have to and become a bit selfish but just a bit. Help others only after helping yourself. Think long-term rewards instead of short-term gratification. This last one is going to throw you off but its absolutely vital if you want success in life and that is constantly think about the day you're going to die because this will motivate to get the absolute best out of life. And remember the the Day when you will all humans will be resurrected by the dead by Allah for this will direct you towards morally sound decisions. And It's not a matter of luck Allah is the creator of cause and effect so ask Him for what you want in life and guarantee you'll see better results.

A woman way out of my league approached me and falsely befriended me. Later she falsely made me her boyfriend and later still she falsely had me join her small social herd. People generally treated my friends who are good looking better.. As unethical as it seems people just don't really care anymore or not as much..
Nevertheless there are still good people out there who aren't shallow/superficial.. They're not as common anymore, but that doesn't mean you aren't going to find any.. Keeping searching, persistence pays off, you're not going to find any if you don't search..
I suggest looking into some of the churches nearby you.. You'll find there are generally some of the most genuine/kindest people who attend.. They care more about whats in you heart and your character than superficial things... As with everywhere you go, there will always be good people and bad people.. That shouldn't stop you from making friends and becoming what you want to be..
I highly recommend you try it, you don't have to believe in God or anything.. Try it I assure you, you won't regret it.. You will also find a Peace/ Love that nothing or no-one in this world can give you.. But as with everywhere in society some people in the church are degrading too.. You'll have better luck finding great, genuine relationships there..
I am a testament to this experience.. Had little to no genuine friends, then I went to a nearby church out of curiosity.. To my amazement I discovered a Kindness/Love I thought never existed in people anymore.. I am Glad now because some of my other 'friends' who i thought were displaying friendship to me were not.. The contrast is worth looking into.. I now have 5 genuine close friends and am also part of a caring community who help/pray and look out for each other...
As with everything in life, anything worth having is going to take Determination, Perseverance, Disclipline and Effort.. Don't dwell so much on the negativity thats increasing.. Look for the positive and you will find it..

1. Chivalry, especially with females abbility to feel them protected with things like holding a door, chair but everything must be in BALANCE
2. Eye contact, have a power to eye contact any female extended but in a situation where it wont be creepy
3. Competence, be master of any profession or have various skills and knowledge in different stuff. Practical or theoretical
4. Leadership, have a abbility to lead people around you in hard situations.
5. Taking calculated risks, be a rational guy who isnt acting based on his impulses instead of use logic and solve every problem with rational mindset
6. Dominance, in other words abbility to be a dominant over others and over yourself too, develop self-discipline and master over yourself which leads you to have a leadership and dominant mentallity over others too.

Chivalry is a code for knights. It's main purpose was how to treat your horse. "Chivalry"...from the word Cavaliers, or cavalry.

Well, I have students who behave real in front of girls. This doesn’t always seem to help. I mean just because someone dares to be hard, doesn’t mean he is truly capable at defeating a burglar or a robber. He can be mentally and intellectually too deficient for it.
