Thanks Stephen! Ive prepared by using PASS for a few months, getting a maths tutor to brush up on my maths that ive not used too much, and ofcourse number one thing is by watching your vids and listening to your tips
My CV is ready, eerything is ready on my end as far as I could take it and I will be applying. Having a full time job and a young family, lef little to no energy to pepare for the math test but will do my best. I don't have any expectations to be selected, but as you say, I will take this as a learning opportunity and see how behind I actually am and apply myself from there. Thank you for the genuine advice and message of support, your words are appreciated.
Thank you for sharing your reality. I completely understand how difficult and busy life is with a young family. Do your best and I wish you a favorable outcome.
@@stephenav8 Just wanted to give an update. First off, your CV advice was spot on as I was invited for the online assesment shortly after submitting my application. Second, I did not pass the test but that's ok, I was managing my expectations from the beginning so I am not sad or anything. I did not have a huge problem with verbal or numerical reasoning, I found them challenging but not impossible and I think i did well given my prep. The logical reasoning caught me off guard. Shape and pattern recognition was a thing I did not practice a lot and there were some pretty complex shapes and patterns and this is where I was scored below average. The report they produce at the end is also very helpful, outlining the areas of improvement. Reflecting on the experience now, I think diligent prep would've tackled this without any issues. So if anyone is reading this, know that all takes is the desire to learn and practice, practice and then practice some more. And then some more. Looking forward to BA applications in April now and your upcoming videos :)
@@frosty_23647 I did not pass the initial tests but I expected that, because I knew my prep was not enough. Prep is key and the earlier you start the better chance you have to pass
I believe the application has opened because they’ve removed the ‘applications are currently closed until the 8th Jan…’ message at the top, but I can’t see an ‘apply now’ link/button anywhere on the page. Has anyone else been able to find it?
Same here, I don’t think it’s open yet as they’ve removed the date of opening on the website, they’ve also opened a “vacancy of interest” that you can apply for in the FAQ. But when I try applying for this it says “sorry, this position has been filled”
hi stephen!! thanks for this!! i wasnt successful with the ba one, but i got through the assessments and i just did my digital interview!! not sure i did the best but heres hoping 🙏🙏

Anyone having issues trying to find the "apply" button? The vacancy listed on the Job Search seems to be the 2023 vacancy, but cannot locate the 2024 vacancy?
That is a great question but I am not sure what the job progression is. This is a question you can ask when you go to the HQ. They will be glad to answer questions like this.
I completed the application and online tests, I got above average, above average, and average in my tests, but unfortunately I got an email saying my application would not be progressed :(. Oh well! Good luck to the candidates who made it through!
@@stephenav8 maybe. I don’t think they checked my CV but the only legal qualifications I have are my GCSEs which I had excellent results in. I don’t have a degree or any pilot licenses. I received my rejection email after completing my last assessment.
Thanks Stephen! I'll be applying. Good luck to everyone else.
Best of luck!
goodluck to everyone hope were all prepared and see you all at assessment day

Your videos are so helpful! Thank you for sharing your tips and advice again :)

Hi Stephen , do you know where to apply , as I can not see a link to the application? Thanks for your video 😊
A lot of people had this problem but it’s in the description of this video.

Some had this issue too. I’m sure you found it.
Do you know if you can progress to the Dreamliner after the 4 years? Provided you have your type rating etc or are you stuck on the 737

You'd first need to convert the MPL to an ATPL before anything else, the rest is normal career progression

Can I apply with an EU passport?
I don't think so but you can apply for the TUI Fly Belgium Cadet program and it should open this month also. careers.tuigroup.com/benelux/en/mpl/
