@@mirianugochi8518 Before learning this online, my mum taught me to properly sterilise all utensils I'll be using for soya milk production cause once small amount of salt, Maggi, oil touches it, it gets hard like wara.......but none of these online kitchen mentions that

What i know is that u dont have to add the sugar to it on fire maybe that can also cause it thickness
