Great video except one thing...I came here because one of my triggers is stuck in 602 mode and I needed to know how to turn it off but you failed to show that. You mentioned it but never showed how to turn that on and off. But still very informative video.
I love these, but I cannot get the focus assist beam to work on any of the flashes I have. This is super important since I shoot in low light often. Help!
I got these because I needed more groups than the YN622 has which is only 3. After putting the flash on top I soon realized that the Yongnuo flash covers most of the function button on top I would have to practically remove the flash to be able to access the buttons, very disappointed. I would have to preset the triggers before I begin to work. Why didn't Yongnuo design this better?
I understand this video is a bit old but hopefully someone can answer, can the 605 control groups of 603? Im thinking if its possible to set the 603s on different channels and assign groups to channels respectively.
hey thanks for the videos and information. i have a setup issue / question. i have a nikon d5500 and i am using the Yongnuno YN560-TX with 3 YN560IV. i have three additional YN560IV that for some reason i can not sync all 6 together with the YN560-TX. so my question is, can i purchase this RF605c with two / three receivers and use together with the YN560-TX?? ( the RF605C transmitter will go on the camera and the YN560-tx will go on top of the RF605C ) with the respective Act/sync in place, will this setup fire all 6 speed-lights with no delay?? this is a serious inquiry. thanks for your help
I put my 560-IV at Channel 11 Group A, and I have the same settings on the 605. Then I turn off Group A from the 605 and the 560-IV still fires. Is that normal?
clickyourshop.com Thank you very much for replying. I don't think I understand. In order for the 560IV to be triggered by the 605, the 560IV HAS to be in RX mode. That's the only mode it syncs with the 605.
clickyourshop.com My question is why is the 560 IV still firing, if I have turned off the particular group it is set on, on the 605? In other words I click group A off on the 605, why is the 560 still firing?
This unit - the canon model - has Nikon contacts on top !!!!! i think some people at yougnuo should be fired ! efective emediatly ! i Have canon cameras and canon flashes and even if it does not transmit ttl but i dont want to short circuit the flash, which has canon contacts, by mounting it on a nikon contacts hot shoe ! Are these people stoned or hy or what ? The video shoes clearly nikon contacts on top so why do they hide the contacts on that flash ? do you assure me that the flash wont be fried by mounting it on this receiver ? this is one of the most idiotic design mistakes ever ! from the invention of the wheel till today. how can you fit nikon contacts on a canon model ???
