Learning curve was soo steep for the dyson air wrap and I’d say you’re not quite there yet. I’ve had mine for a year now and have finally got the hang of it. I think a good que is to look at the mirror to see which airway the barrel will curl your hair then pull out a small section of hair and FEED THE ENDS into the wand which will be much easier rather than wrapping it into the barrel. Doing it the way you did does not distribute the air well
