    Fantastic comparison review and I agree with you completely. I'm hopefully waiting for an oval brush head for my T3 Duo which I really love. Thanks for a great review Jen!

    I just bought the new Air Brush One Step and it's a million times BETTER than the Duo. I'll never use the Duo again. Was NOT hotter, hair is smoother, shiny and soft. This is a 10/10 for me!!

    I have both of these. I actually prefer the airbrush however if they came out with the attachment alone would have been better. I get better tension with the airebrush and the bristles aren't flimsy and get bent. I have no issues with frizz with either one. However i never use a blow dryer brush from fully wet hair i always rough dry first 80 to 90 percent dry hair so is only damp on medium speed and medium heat. Blow dry brushes are more of a finishing tool for me then to use to remove all the moisture out of the hair which is what i find causes frizz and breakage

    This was really helpful information for me. You would get more traction on your video with a more gimmicky title like "do we REALLY need a whole NEW device T3???!!?!" Because you brought up an excellent point at the end. Their entire marketing could be a hundred attachments for one airebrush. That's something that hasn't been done

    thank you! I was gonna go with the cheaper version since I don't own a dryer brush yet but u changed my mind by saying it creates more frizz and damage as my hair is easily heat damaged, fine, slow growing, frizzy and slightly curly!

      but there are conflicting opinions even on other videos on which is better for frizz so I'm still on the fence 🥲

      I prefer the AireBrush Duo over the new Airbrush from T3 do to having more control over the heat settings versus the new one. They did just release a new Air tool similar to the Dyson Airwrap. Going forward I would only recommend T3 for their curling irons. As their Air stylers do not last long. Seems like they have a two year life span. For the price, that’s not good whatsoever. As both my T3 hair dryer and Airbrush both died after two years. With whichever blow dryer brush you pick, make sure you’re using a good heat protectant. It really help save your hair from heat tools. I recommend the Color Wow hair products, as all their products except for the shampoos have heat protection in them. Hope this helps! Xoxo

    I love the t3 airebrush round! First one that I haven’t wanted to return! Do you know if you can use it in Europe with an Adapter?

    • @AlohaJennsBeautyBlog
      @AlohaJennsBeautyBlog  Месяц назад +1

      So happy you found one you love! I haven’t tried that one. It appears that none of their Aire Brushes can be used internationally. Just the US and Canada.
      I pulled this from their website:
      Q:Can my T3 product be used internationally?
      A: T3 products are designed for use in the United States and Canada. Certain products may also be used outside of the U.S. and Canada with the proper adapter. If "Auto World Voltage" is listed as a feature in the specific product details, then this product can be used internationally. Please review the product detail page for your specific product for more information..

      You’re very welcome. I wanted to let you know that I actually wouldn’t invest in T3 airbrushes. I think they’re way too expensive, and they don’t last. My AireBrush Duo motor died, and no longer works, same with my T3 blow dryer. Their air products seem to have a two year life span. Unfortunately I didn’t purchase the extended warranty, so I’m out of luck. I switched back to my Dyson products, as they actually last versus the T3. I think where T3 stands out is their curling Irons.

    The fact that the new release doesn’t have ionflow is just SAD!! 😭 Why go backwards??

    Didn’t like either version from T3 sadly. Tested both and in the end went over it with my Drybar double shot. The only one that makes my hair soft to touch and silky smooth.

      Thank you so much for your feedback! I wish these companies would come out with brushes that the heads can be replaced. The bristles get worn, and loose the tension over time. My AireBrush Duo bristles are worn on the round brush. I would rather pay $50 to replace the attachment versus purchasing a whole new unit at $100+.
      I will look into the Drybar Double Shot.
      Thank you for the recommendation. Have a wonderful day, and weekend. ❤️

      @@AlohaJennsBeautyBlog, how long does the duo attachments last for you? I can get duo for less than 90$ now, but I'm hesitant because of them. I feel like 90$ is a good deal, but if they last couple of month..

    Hi would you say it would be safe for hair that has hair extension

    • @AlohaJennsBeautyBlog
      @AlohaJennsBeautyBlog  Год назад +1

      I couldn’t see why it wouldn’t be. If you can blow them out with a blow dryer and round brush, then it should be fine. But I recommend checking in with your hairstylist to be sure. I know extensions are not cheap, so it’s better to be safe and check in. 💖

    EXatly, as soon as I saw it I saud to myself, it is not an automatic brush, why bother to pay those extra bucks just because of the new brush?? I felt the need of having a bigger brush for my Due
    ,but I am not going to pay those extra bucks to get a totally new device just for the heck of a good brush. I spent those money on replacing my flat iron instead. They would have much better sale on Duo and on this brush if they would make it as an extra attachment for duo.

    • @AlohaJennsBeautyBlog
      @AlohaJennsBeautyBlog  11 месяцев назад

      I completely agree! One thing I would like to point out is, over time the bristles on these blow dryer brushes get worn. With having the attachments you can just replace versus buying a whole new unit on my Duo, the round brush bristles are now worn after almost two years, and it doesn’t give that much tension. I would rather pay $50 to replace the attachment than spend $100+ to replace the whole unit. Going forward I won’t purchase a blow dry brush for over $100 that I can’t replace the attachment. I have a friend who recently purchased the Revlon Brush, and she said it gave her better results than the new T3 Airbrush. I think I’m going to pick up the Revlon and give it a go. ❤️
