What if your fingers don’t open easily

Pam, most of the time that the fingers don't open easily is because you have too much tone, or if your fingers curl, your spasticity has kicked in as you accidentally are causing your affected hand to move. However, if your hand has been in a fisted position for a while, I would bet the tissue are short and you're going to need to stretch them out before using the SaeboStretch.
