Oh the memories. I visited Ghana for the first time in 2018. After a long trek from visiting a beautiful waterfall in the Volta region, a Rasta invited me and my friends into his home and prepared this meal for us. His hospitality was as amazing as the meal he prepared. He sent us off with a few parting gifts and Twi lessons. I can’t wait to go back! What's the point in eating garden eggs if you are going to remove and throw away the skin and seeds?The skin and seeds is the most heathy part of these foods,throwing them away is a waste.Nice meal though, just a little knowledge to keep in mind.Thank you.
