I really like how Pluie sur la ville is pretty much his second unofficial theme. If Parousia Diluvi represents the Chief Justice, the ever-cold and apathetic Iudex of Fontaine, then Pluie sur la ville represents the confused reborn Hydro Dragon, mingling amongst humans and slowly understanding what it means to be one, and what it takes to be one.
Sometimes when it starts raining in Fontaine and this theme starts playing, I just have to sit and listen for a while. Maybe it's a little silly because it's just a game but it's like, the closest I'll get to being able to tell him that I'm listening and that everything's going to be okay 😅

I like how they choose Neuvillette to do this. Him calmly walking across fontaine enjoying the scenery and music. Suits his elgance and the wonders of fontaine. I love the calming music tracks.

2:56 I love how he felt out of place at first because he could make it rain whilst feeling sad, which is bothersome to some fontainian.. so Focalor invented the rhyme to atleast keep him company and make him feel less alone while she was away locked up.. I love them both, they are very well written characters..

I've always been confused as to who was the "Visitor" that Pahsiv talks about in her world quest. I couldn't think of any candidate, but then I saw some theories that it could actually be Neuvillette.
*And thankfully, I found the confirmation in this EP.*
Still the best quality soundtracks in hoyo's repertoire. Incredible raw emotion you can feel from Pluie sur la ville. Personally, Genshin has created the best soundtrack in all of gaming history. FF comes close, but when you have world class quality and a team that embraces every instrument and type of music from history all around the world itself, you get these masterpieces that go beyond in diversity of sound and uniqueness.
Pluie sur la ville is filled with so much emotion and storytelling. I feel like it might just be the best track in the entire Genshin STORY soundtrack

I adore Pluie sur la ville and I’m glad I finally know the “rain song”. It’s one of my favourite Fontaine tracks. It’s very somber and melancholic. Almost lonely at times too? Isabella’s Lullaby vibes.
This is the song that says Neuvillette, and reminds me of all those tears shed in the Fontaine quests.

Neuv's emotions made it rain after their encounter with Navia in his office and he felt blissful after their reconciliation that the rain finally stopped. Pluie sur la ville sure sticks with us a lot.

neuvillette very quickly became one of my favourite characters, his personality in the archon quest and his story quest made me want to get him so i broke the bank on the first run and i wanted to get his cons so much on the re-run that i skipped 2 banners and now im blessed with a C2 neuvillette.
