Spring Off-Roading with my Jeep TJ | Mud and snow in the mountains

  • It's the middle of April but there's still cold weather with plenty of mud and snow in the mountains of British Columbia. In this video I'll do a quick update on my Jeep build and poke around some of the forestry roads along the Okanagan connector (Hwy 97C) region.

    I've been running 14 psi without issue on my grabbers, but I have less sidewall

      Yeah I sorta want to hit deep snow with low pressure to see how car I can make it.. As for the rest of the time, I might keep it around 20-25 but we'll see.

    Thanks for this video, nice Jeep TJ! General Grabber MTX's may have been better for the conditions but hellish on blacktop. I very nearly bought a TJ Sahara 4.0 but fell short of the cash sadly. It had 52000 genuine miles on it. Ah well... safe travels!

      Yeah I had to make some compromises because I typically have to highway drive at least an hour or more to even get to my off-road destinations, and this vehicle is also my daily driver at the moment. Trying to navigate through deep snow was never my plan but next winter I'll do some more snow runs and see what kind of conditions I can get through.
