Hi Anna,
Thank you Anna !! Please, please take it easy starting back !! No tension just breathe with every port de bras and movement. This helps to create space in your joints so you have a greater ability to rotate in your hip sockets. If you tense then you lock your legs and hips which gives you a lesser ability to turn out !
