I have the best luck looking on the r6 forums for parts but eBay is always a good go to but also I always see people parting out bike on Facebook hope that helps good luck in the search!
I used 220 and then 320 but make sure you do a good job of cleaning it afterwards I missed a few spots and the paint bubbled, luckily it was on the under side.
Oh I completely agree! this was just a quick and dirty paint job. I was going to do a better base plus 2k clear full respray.... but the bike got stolen :/

No primer for rust protection?
If I remember right, I used regular gloss black on the bottom and the rustoleum satin on the top since I got to bare metal in a few spots lol

As soon as a drop of gas hits that it’s toast. You need base and a petroleum safe clear coat. This is horrible advice
