    🧠Why am I releasing a video on Fundamental Analysis during this intense period of market volatility? Because I believe this video will serve you far better in the long run than me talking about what the markets did this week. I care about all of you, and I will continue producing top-quality content to help you become better Analysts and navigate the market.
    Deepening your understanding with Analyst research processes will keep your skills sharp, so that you can take FULL advantage of the big opportunities coming up in the markets. Rely on processes and research to guide you, and NOT emotions and feelings.
    For anyone who wants to accelerate the path towards building life-long skills of being a stronger analyst to navigate the market in 2022 and beyond, I welcome you to join my inner circle: www.patreon.com/larrycheung

    As an lnvesting enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?

      I think the safest strategy is to diversify investments. Like spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown

      A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k

    • @BerthaHannahi7k
      @BerthaHannahi7k 12 дней назад

      Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire.

    Markets and crypto are falling, and you release a video on fundamental analysis. Love it. At the end of the series I reco you do an example of a company where you build from scratch financial modelling and valuation with DCF and multiples to cover both atbsolute and relative valuation. That would be epic. I recommend doing a growth stock like $PLTR Palantir (tricky to model SBCs but interesting and possible for sure). I can help also as I know the company quite well by now (got in at the DPO, read the S1 etc). Cheers 🍻

One question: how the 20% discount on the PS multiple relates to the geographic/segment revenue analysis? for example i want to know why the investors would apply this discount, and what are the variables they use to get to this multiple. Also is the multiple, refers to the future revenues of the next 5 years discounted to the present? or is it the current revenues annualized? from the latest earning release?

    Larry, thank you for your content and all your expertise. Macro-trends question: If QE began in '09 and 80% of US money in circulation was printed since January 2020, wouldn't the stock market's current ATH's be more or less in line with the all money that's been created? In other words, is the stock market really inflated (ie are P/E ratios really that high?) or has all the money that's been made just found it's way to elevate the stock market commensurately?
    Disclosure: I'm very wary of investing in most sectors at this point (exceptions: oil, energy) but I'm really wondering about the lasting impacts of all this new money in circulation.

    • @LarryCheungCFA
      @LarryCheungCFA  2 года назад +3

      That is a very good observation, and that is why the market has held up so well up until this point. The combination of monetary tightening (via balance sheet off) and higher fed funds rates will start to slowly deflate the money supply growth. That said, I do not believe that the bull market is over. We will experience corrections (like we are now), but I'm quite confident that the S&P 500 has not peaked yet as long as the Fed does not make a serious policy error.
