    Hallo Thorsten,

    Great skill brilliant processing moves like a dancer around the table. My best game to 100 was 3 trips to the table. I was very pleased with the game. 33, 37, 30 and out! an off night for Thorsten is a great night for another player! He is a joy to watch.

    Cool run smart playing leaving the key ball for the breakout. I gotta try this sometime when nobody else is at the bar playing pool, no pool Halls in my city of Niagara Falls anymore 😟 I miss the old days when pool wasn't such an under rated sport, Canada doesn't even recognize pool as an official sport but ppl think video gaming is a sport...

    Diese Woche kommt das erste Ligaspiel!

      42 minutes to run 200 balls, while lesser players agonize for minutes when it's obvious there's only one reasonable shot there.

    Willie Mosconi ran 526 balls,that’s 35 consecutive racks! In 1954,the equivalent of Joe DiMaggio’s 56 game hit streak or Rocky Marciano’s 49-0 in Heavyweight fights

      Bragging rights. Like the difference between being able to dunk and and being able to dunk between the legs, both will be very effective in competition. Just bragging rights.

    These tables seems sweet to play on it reminds me of the Tables at Raxxx Pool Room oh that sound the ball makes when it hit the back of the Pocket and when it hit the bottom of the ball return.

  • @capoman1
    @capoman1 27 дней назад

    These guys can do this in their sleep during practice cause they are loos and free and without worry or pressure... I have yet to see a 150 run in a match. I'm sure it happens frequently, but you won't see a competition with a player this loose and fast.

    Thorsten: Is it okay if I use some of these racks for making instructional content?

  • @aronhegedus
    @aronhegedus Год назад +1

    Can someone tell me why he's putting so much spin on the cue ball when he's doing the first shot of the rack? I thought you only need to do side spin if you want the cue ball to behave differently after touching a cushion. Putting so much side on the break would make it more difficult to do the shot, no?

    • @ThorstenHohmann
      @ThorstenHohmann  Год назад +3

      Hi Aron, you are correct. However I personally feel very comfortable shooting it that way. I can anticipate much better how to aim, how much the cue ball deflects. It’s just something I grew accustomed to.

    • @capoman1
      @capoman1 27 дней назад

      He's likely doing it to force position and avoid cue ball running off after the break.
