From what I was able to find out it might be a dobble kneebar. as oppose to just a single knee bar. Same idea. where you use the power of your entire body against a single joint or in this case to of your opponents joints (the knees) to force them to bend in the opposite natural direction. You clamp down tight on his leg/legs, control the ability of his body to rotate, and then extend your hips for the submission!
