Spoiler alert: you too work at a factory. Besides, there are inherent differences between a millwork shop and a cabinet shop, as evidenced by the task-specific machinery here.

Seems like a lot of money and time for that, when you could just have a SCM or Morbidelli CNC and cut it out of 1 piece, faster, stronger and longer lasting...
So you're telling me this entire process, of multiple machines, multiple processes, labour and the costs.. beats a CNC cutting it out of 1 piece of timber?? As nice as it is, this is a dieing art and you'll find it won't be around forever. As people crave, cheaper prices with the same or better quality..
This looks more like a factory. Nothing like the cabinet shop I work at. 👍

Cheater! Lol, having the correct tools makes what was difficult for a rookie to do well is now easy! Thanks for sharing, Bob Ordewald Staunton Va
Price on this 2 machines please 🙏
I dont understand the use of the spacer balls anyone explain?
Wood moves, when using solid wood center panels they shrink and expand and the balls help it from ever being loose in the groove
very nice machine
Where can I purchase the space ball insert
please contact us about this setup
Now that's cheating. That's an amazing piece of machinery
Always weird when people say you're "cheating" at woodworking.
It's a job, not a test.
how many kitchens a year must a guy do to justify the investment ?
Very wise comment , doesn't look simple more of a factory than a cabinet shop.

Lol! Tell me you don't know anything about construction of furniture-grade processes, or about wood movement without telling me.
