how did you work that out… I dyno’s my OLD fuck stu on the same dyno as this on my OLD set up and made 938 WHP 1100 bhp on a B SERIES 🤕 At this point your just hating… its cool though cos if I was in your position id hate me to 🥴🥴 ALL FILMED ON MY RUclips CHANNEL.

6762 is stock 3584 size. Be nice to see what it would make with a proper exhaust that isn’t half blocked by the wastegate being inside of it. It’s 43awhp down on what my 2.3 4G63 makes with a G35-1050 at the same boost, but mine does it at all 4, so definitely something really choking it up. Keen to see some 100-200’s! Should be quick now.

Awesome to see it really getting serious! Strongly recommend looking at the new Xona Rotor turbos, the XRE7169S should be able to fit on your existing manifold (it's basically a GT35 frame) but is capable of G42 1200-G42 1450 power numbers. Would be an ideal kind of thing for this car I reckon

Congratulations mate… but I have one question ! Isn’t it a fact that running an awd car on a dyno that is all four corners gives a more accurate and lower figure? I recently watched a video where the gr Yaris made 150ish hp at all 4 corners and when tested in front wheel mode made an extra 30hp. The drive train losses are much more going through the rear and front compared to front only. He calculated that it was 15-18 percent gains from using front wheel dyno compared to awd.

On the bigger turbo being fitted add A little bit of methanol to prethrottle to bring down the intake temps and control the speed of flame front and it will be able to run even more boost and make more power. A lot of people over look methanol with ethanol but methanol is still the superior fuel and the benefits are huge
Those stock flow numbers are b.s. K20 head has over 300cfm (SuperFlow SF-750 - 305cfm or 315cfm depending if it is rsp head or not) of flow. We see this all the time from head porters where they mess with numbers so their work after looks more impressive.

I have sent this to Dr. Raindl to take a look at and this is his assesment : A stock head (RSP, PRB) flows around 280-289 scfm@13 mm and around 100 scfm@3 mm at 25" WC, like they measured. Maybe their test bench wasn't calibrated? I've measured dimple ported RSP heads, the improvement was in an one digit range, if even. They didn't state something about the changes at valve and valve seat? Exhaust ports measurements at 25" WC can't be translated into engine efficiency/power as this flow is sub- to sonic flow with pressure ratio's (pressure at chamber-side / pressure after exhaust port) above 2-16 bar (= 803" to 6029" WC). Sonic flow has totally different demands and all the approaches, like stream line theory based stuff doesn't work in that area. These measurements are useless. What I can say, most of the porters open up the stock port, which is the biggest failure one can do to a sonic near flow. Seeing this lunker, they opened up and marketing with it, tells me these guys have no clue about roper head porting. Also cutting the valve guide at the exhaust, where sonic flow conditions and sonic boom plane can run up and down the port is no good idea. But hey, when customer pay for it, it has to be good, hasn't it? Marketing rules!
I really hope he eventually finds a way to put a sequential turbo setup on that car. Would help fill in the lack of low rpm torque. Right there's no real torque until about 6000 rpm.
Wowee, thing sounds insannnnne! Id be so curious to see a race with a 500hp car that makes 750ft the ultimate torque vs hp (just seen a vid of a audi s4 2.7tt and was pushoing those numbers, ive always wondered which is better hp or torque

There was a miss the whole time you can here it! @6:25 i bet the power shoots up at same power if fixed. NGK are better than competition plugs. For high boost... also should run a different turbo [new turbosmart turbo] at same size would spool faster and make more. Also i still think it doesn't sound right and the high boost just covered up the sound. Build is sick af tho props. BTW boosted boiz had about 1400 with his k20 but def not made to last. If this motor lasts this would be monumental! DO yourself a favor and swap the turbo and goto a k series specialist tuner.
