@framesvinn2914 you can only use frags if you have the card pre-pulled, however you can summon a card with 10 frags, think of them as upgrade material

@idkwhattoputlol6024 If you're unhappy with him I suggest trying to sell him for 18-20k, you need about 10 frags to summon a new card, I suggest trying to pull him, it's a 0.5% chance if I'm correct
