Wanna know what is really awesome about vampire bats? They have colonies who will perform blood sharing to weaker or smaller bats who didnt luck out that night as far as hunting. They contribute and strengthen their communities and form mutually beneficial relationships. They also have close maternal bonds with their pups.
Oh, Jacob, so you are from "Miwwaukee!' I lived there during the summer of 2000, and guess where I worked: the MCZ! I remember how nice people in Milwaukee are, "the Bubbler," "the Tyme machine," Danish kringle, the collapse of Big Blue (unfortunately) and that nobody pronounces the "L" in Milwaukee.
Oh man, these look so good! That winged snake guarding Frakensense is wild. The back story about the wise men fighting a dragon to get the Jesus present is really cool. Someone should make that a movie.
Hey there Birth Neighbor! I always knew there was something special about you! I was born in Waukesha!! I have lived half my life there and the other half here in Texas so this will be a romp down memory lane for me too.
Okay, please tell me you are going to go to Bay Beach and animal sanctuary in Green Bay and check out the old school rides. :-) Also, stop by Oshkosh and see the famous Apostles Clock at the Oshkosh Museum, you could go to the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) Museum and whatever you do, do NOT miss the two M Schettl Freight Sales there, you will LOVE all the big items and characters outside! Inside is fun too.
I remember as a child being taken to the old Milwaukee zoo which was located on the west side of Washington Park in an area which is now a freeway. The old zoo was small and lacked any expansion space so the new zoo was built as a replacement with the thought it would rival the San Diego zoo. Everything at the new zoo was so much larger with the animals living in natural settings instead of cages. The new zoo also had the popular "Monkey Island" like the old zoo where troupes of monkeys played out their daily dramas on an island surrounded by a moat. I also loved the Milwaukee museum which was built when I was a kid. The fascinating dioramas and the walk through exhibits like The Streets Of Old Milwaukee made like a Disneyland experience.
This zoo also has animatronic dinosaurs on display every few years...I wonder if the 'skeletons' for some of these dragons are repurposed from those or if they're entirely different machines altogether.
Denying being a were camel sounds like the sort of thing a were camel might say... Why do almost none of Jacob's videos take place at night? The people deserve answers!
Jacob: "I guess this is a typical Wisconsin lake." Me: Where are all the vehicles and equipment that fell in when people were ice fishing over the years? 😀
Hi Jacob, if you plan to come back to Michigan sometime soon there is a zoo in Lambertville just off US-23 called the Indian Creek Zoo that is very good to visit. There's also cj barrymore that is an arcade/amusement park with a dark ride!
Awesome video! I love zoos. It makes me happy seeing all the animals there. The closest zoo to me is the Memphis Zoo. I love all the dragons in the dragon exhibit. Real life dragons are Komodo dragons. I like Komodo dragons because they’re just so big and dinosaur-like. I think dragons are modeled after dinosaurs because they look so similar. And the Bible talks about a leviathan. So I do believe dragons exist, but not as mythical creatures, as dinosaurs. Well, thanks for sharing! Have a great day!
I read in some book some 30 years or so (maybe more) that the only truly universal, 'monsters', - common to the folks tales & legends of every group of people on Earth are dragons & vampires. From the most isolated tribes to large societies, only dragons & vampires are universal.
Interesting Zoo. I have never seen dragons depicted like that before. except for a couple. Those were amazing . Thanks for taking us along Keep Safe ❤Keep Well ❤
Monkeys aren’t good pets not only because of what you said but they also just aren’t meant to be pets. Monkeys, apes, and prosimians are wild animals who require crazy amounts of mental and physical stimulation that being a pet doesn’t provide. As that sign says they need family groups for their emotional and psychological health and they can easily develop abnormal behaviors when raised by humans. It’s so important to protect animals such as monkeys in the wild or in proper zoos and not have them as pets, no matter how cute they are.
“Pet” monkeys also usually come from animal traffickers who take them from the wild, typically babies from their parents, so no matter where one might purchase a pet monkey it is still supporting animal trafficking which leads to the endangerment of the species
The camels are saying, "oh, it's our archenemy the Carpetbagger. Let's go jump over the fence and bite his arm." That camel video almost spat out my drink and lost my voice from laughing to hard. 🤣😂
Just this past summer, at the Universal studios Tribute Store, I got a Mold-A-Rama of the Clock Tower from Back To The Future. One of my favorites for sure!
24:07 Kolmarden in Sweden uses the Disney Skyliner pods in place of a drive through (personal vehicle or Kilimanjaro Style) experience that goes into the woods (well its technically savanna, but its a very rocky/mountainous area). It's also home of Outlaw Run's cousin Wildfire (not to be confused with a completely different roller coaster of the same name at Silver Dollar City).
My daughter and I are big fans! We love your videos. We have a suggestion for you to visit when your in the area of New Orleans, more specifically Slidell, LA. A place called Moviesets. They have a large collection of movie props from movies like Dawn of Planet of the Apes, Dejango Unchained, Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter. The business rents out the venue for family parties, wedding receptions. Our family had a birthday party for my kids grandfather. Check them out online there are plenty of photos.
I shared with my husband (the dragon expert) on how you pronounced wyvern. He said you just lost 800 geek points for saying incorrectly like that. He still thinks your cool though.
Hyenas are not members of the dog or cat families apparently, which I had no idea until today. "Instead, they are so unique that they have a family all their own, Hyaenidae. There are four members of the Hyaenidae family: the striped hyena, the “giggly” spotted hyena, the brown hyena, and the aardwolf (it's a hyena, not a wolf)."
Hey if you're in Milwaukee come pay La Crosse a visit sometime! We aren't far just 3 or 4 hour drive. Also the jelly belly factory in Milwaukee is cool!
Hey its great to see you in wis where else you might be planning on visiting ?? The state fairs of MN and wis ?? Little America amusement park in marshal wis ?? Well anyways I hope you have a blast !!

All our government does, is suck the blood from the poor taxpayers who can’t afford to pay. I’d rather be a bat!
@Devilsbeard the best part is the bats said its morbin time and morbed all over the place truly one of the animals ever
pretty sure THEY're responsible for the cattle mutilations not aliens lol
We were just there!!! 😃 we brought our 7 month old daughter to the zoo for the first time 🥰
Something completaly new to me: a moldorama.
Greets from Belgium

So awesome the dragons were my favorite a wonderful day today love it so much 😽💞😽💞😽
Oh man, these look so good! That winged snake guarding Frakensense is wild. The back story about the wise men fighting a dragon to get the Jesus present is really cool. Someone should make that a movie.
The ice dragon is gorgeous
If you're winding up with a lot of redundant Mold-a-Ramas, you should consider giving away or selling them.
Hey there Birth Neighbor! I always knew there was something special about you! I was born in Waukesha!! I have lived half my life there and the other half here in Texas so this will be a romp down memory lane for me too.
WELCOME BACK TO WISCONSIN!
They look like they could use an animatronic Hodag.
I so want one of those sea horses. Would look pretty awesome in my small fish tank.
Nice zoo and love the tram and train ride additions.
Love the zoo tours!! Thank Jacob!
I think that Chinese dragon wanted to see the manager XD XD XD
I think you could possibly do a whole entire segment just on mold o rama figurines !!
I love animatronics!
The Carpet Bagger 🖤💜💚
Nice to see you in my neck of the woods. Always loved going to the Milwaukee Zoo. Remember the famous gorilla Samson that lived here for a long time?
What young boy didn't want a monkey as a pet... Like you I'm so glad my parents said no...Good stuff...Thanks for sharing!!!!
No seat belts or safety bars on that sky ride? and it's self- loading too? Gnarly!
the fantasy version of the roger williams dinosaur exhibit
DRAGONS!? Say no more. 🥰😉
Loved that dragon section really cool!
fantastic!!! I've been to this zoo before with my grandma, uncle, and aunt.

that looks like a great zoo, and I am glad you could face your fears and look directly at those camels lol
Excellent video
Man that’s awesome 😎!!

So glad you made it home to Wisconsin!! It's been way too long since my husband and I went to the Milwaukee zoo!! Thanks for the must share video!!!!!
Those dragons are awesome!
Used to go to this zoo as a child also. Haven’t been there in 25+ years. Thanks for the video.
When I worked at the Museum of Science and Industry in 1982 I think the machines cost 75 cents!
Fun fact: giraffe mothers after giving birth kick the living crap out of the newborn baby with her hind legs until it stands up and walks.
This zoo also has animatronic dinosaurs on display every few years...I wonder if the 'skeletons' for some of these dragons are repurposed from those or if they're entirely different machines altogether.
that dig site looks repurposed for this.
90% of your food comes from bees
Very nice zoo!😊
Very cool video. You were about 10 minutes from where we live. We visited the Zoo for the first time about a month ago for a company picnic.
All those dragons but not a single kobold!
Denying being a were camel sounds like the sort of thing a were camel might say...
Why do almost none of Jacob's videos take place at night? The people deserve answers!
That’s incredible strength from the orangutan and you Jacob
Full moon:
The Wer-camel rides again, after One bite turning this normal RUclips into the Wer-Camel.
I think you have a dark blus sea horse.
Ultimate showdown: Carpetbagger vs Camel 🐫
Secondly, what rumor was that?!😂😂😂
How about, Falcor, the Luck Dragon?
Jacob: "I guess this is a typical Wisconsin lake."
Me: Where are all the vehicles and equipment that fell in when people were ice fishing over the years? 😀
Great comment 😂
18:08, Wyvern is pronounced "why-vern". Not "way-vren". Wyverns are dragons that have their wings attached to their arms. Similar to a bat.

I am seeing my parents there hanging around as bunch of monkey's
i wish i could go to the millwaukee zoo and it sounds like fun.
Super fun
????Who Name is with Friendly dragon with Alden????
Dragon=dinosaurs imo
True note about camel humps, when a camels hump has fallen over they are lacking reserve fats they store as food for when there is a scarcity of food.
I read in some book some 30 years or so (maybe more) that the only truly universal, 'monsters', - common to the folks tales & legends of every group of people on Earth are dragons & vampires. From the most isolated tribes to large societies, only dragons & vampires are universal.
Thanks man I love dragons I collect them this place is awesome I got to try to make it to see it for myself thank you
Carpetbagger why is there always a Possom in your intro? Just curious
Heck of a ZoO.
I'm showing my age here, but I remember when the Mold O Rama was 75 cents.
Fennicfoxes are so cute!
I didnt know about nocturnal prckypines.
This looks like a grate zoo.
Thank you for sharing
Super awesome video
Interesting Zoo. I have never seen dragons depicted like that before. except for a couple. Those were amazing . Thanks for taking us along Keep Safe ❤Keep Well ❤
You’ve become a proficient nature cinematographer. And props to your editor. You don’t pay him enough.

Thanks for visiting my home town Milwaukee. I didn't know you were born there how cool! The museum and the zoo where the best to me as a kid as well.
Wow… What other zoo can say they have a dragon exhibit?
Kind of makes me wanna open my own “zoo” full of mythological creatures.
Milwaukee zoo video? Instant click! Keep going man
You can find the mythical cockatrice in the King James Bible... Yep... Isaiah 59.
Another fun adventure with the Carpetbagger! Thanks!
The camels are saying, "oh, it's our archenemy the Carpetbagger. Let's go jump over the fence and bite his arm." That camel video almost spat out my drink and lost my voice from laughing to hard. 🤣😂
Oh!! I forgot a camel bit Jacob. I was wondering why the animosity.
@@aisha2370 does Jen have a werecamel defenders tool kit?
The sea horse is pretty. You should sell your extra ones on Etsy with your pins.
I wish the shows the CeC animatronic performed weren't so kid centered
Just this past summer, at the Universal studios Tribute Store, I got a Mold-A-Rama of the Clock Tower from Back To The Future. One of my favorites for sure!
What a great zoo! Thanks Jacob.
Oh man, the one thing I know bunyips from are the infamous terrifying murray bridge bunyip animatronic

thank you for taking us to the zoo! I really enjoyed it, and the bat exhibit was cool, you don't normally see them at the zoo
I remember you going to a museum here. It was a long time ago. It's got to be very nostalgic for you to visit places from your childhood.
The only comment I want to make is:
It’s pronounced “KET-Zel-Kwa-Tol.” And it’s not just a dragon or serpent, but an Aztec deity
My daughter and I are big fans! We love your videos.

I shared with my husband (the dragon expert) on how you pronounced wyvern. He said you just lost 800 geek points for saying incorrectly like that. He still thinks your cool though.

Hey Vern. Why? Why Vern?
Hey if you're in Milwaukee come pay La Crosse a visit sometime! We aren't far just 3 or 4 hour drive. Also the jelly belly factory in Milwaukee is cool!
Hey its great to see you in wis where else you might be planning on visiting ?? The state fairs of MN and wis ?? Little America amusement park in marshal wis ?? Well anyways I hope you have a blast !!
Fun fact: GOT "dragons" are wyverns. they don't have front legs independent of their wings.
That's pretty cool that you are from Milwaukee Jacob. I'm in Lake Geneva. Love it here.
A wyvern dragon has two legs and two wings. The GoT dragons are wyverns. It has nothing to do with size, hehe.
Kenobels sky ride lift turns at the top of the mountain! You should check it out next visit! It's an amazing view!
Thank you for another great video 📹 😀 👍
27:53
That's not true either. They're neither cats or dogs! Their closest relatives are mongooses, who are closer to cats too
🙃moldarama is like creepy crawlers when we were kids.......
I enjoyed seeing the Milwaukee Zoo. Clean. Very nice.
15:25 that’s no dragon Jacob that’s a chicken I tell ya a giant chicken
Thank you! How many Mold-a-Rama figures do you have?
