This trap does work. Just is very wonky getting the rock ele in the actual trap. You have to have it walk up the ramps and into the hole. Once there you can easily knock it out if you time your shots correctly and to get it out either break the trap or cryopod

Hey just used this trap as soon as i made it, it really trapped the golem good and he couldnt damage the trap. Worked like a charm, thanks alot.

It worked, but my dumb ass accidentally demolished one of the metal pillars and I was too lazy to go get another so it almost broke everything but as long as you aren’t me you shouldn’t have too much trouble with this trap

works just needed a bit or tweeking to get him in between the sloped roofs and i put up some pillars so he could walk around and hit stuff,

Did this trap worked perfect but at first tried to skip ramp but trap needs at least 1 ramp to have rock ele to fall in also tames a low level cuz there health only can be 25k lvl 15to 30k lvl 150 I'm fine with saving kibble for 5 k health less also kept picking up cannon after each shot cuz I'm on official n don't need ppl using my cannon to raid me lol

used a foundation to align the first pillar in its center. The trap worked perfectly...first time..then the golems kept dying :(

I believe it still works! I use this trap method to tame rock elementals so they can't get away/move if the taming is interupted by other creatures or people

Hey I know this is really late but if you wanna check where any Dino or spawn is on any map check the Dino out on the ark wiki. They show every map they spawn, where they spawn, and how frequently they spawn. Has a lot of other information too, huge lifesaver!

@@II-raiden-IIthat’s cause fjordur only has lava golems, they only spawn inside the magmasaur cave in the wyvern trench, hard to tame them in fjordur

This is a useless trap the Golem gets hit by the splash damage so the taming efectivnes drops
