@@sanskillscyth4094 also it eats clay, sulfer, and extraordinary kibble. Made with a Deinonychus egg, Hesperornis egg (must be golden egg), Magmasaur egg, Rock Drake egg, Wyvern egg, and Yutyrannus egg.

Not to be rude because because I love most of the content nooblets make, but damn if the last video "trap" is way more expensive and complicated that the normal golem trap it's been running around for ages already (To stop from moving forward and a simple... metal pipe upwards to stop the thrown rocks, I think it was fatdog's channel or something like that).
And damn if this video is not based on loads of comments from last video saying how it's always been as easy as that, flier in the air and a canon , no need for that trap.

WARNING: The golem won't target your Argentavis, it will still go after you. Just use a high weight Pteranodon

I would disagree. Easy lazy way yes. More effective is with trap. To get 100% effectiveness. For pve sure but not for pvp.

Not sure if I’m alone in this but seeing Nooblets run from the golem was giving me flashbacks of doing that same thing when scorched earth first came out.

A word of warning, the canon has a limited max angle, make sure you’re not attacking the golem up a hill or the canon cannot go high enough to hit its face... just happened to me and had to craft another canon...

Dosen’t work anymore. Tried multiple times with different rock elementals just walks right past the flyer and throws rocks at you

omg i find it so hard to tame a rock elemental so this realy helped me out because i have managed to tame 3 in the day and it has helped my tribe out a lot and i will tell my friends the method and use it in the future

@@simpalorion9911 The last time I did it was 1 week ago and it worked flawlessly. Just make sure you have the build done right.
@@simpalorion9911 I do recommend using a pt. Any other flyer makes placement difficult.
I learned that before you set your cannon, if you want perfect center, place a ladder to center yourself. Then pick up the ladder, use your arrow keys to look down. Then place your cannon and continue with his process. Had absolutely no problems!

Worked like a charm! Found a 150 and knocked it out. Argents don't work but wyverns do. Just be careful with your wyvern's health because the cannonballs were hitting my wyvern while knocking the elemental but the damage wasn't too bad.

PS i don’t lose taming effectiveness could be server taming new rate 2.5, or the fact that I place my cannon to the side of golem, rarely get splash dmg from that angle.
I remember when the tek saddles could tame them. That was really the best. Hate they took that away.

1: Locate golem, order move Dino instead of fly since it’s not allowed, and do the taming technique.

Still works a treat, after j7mp of pt run for ward turn round , watch it stand daze by pt nothing else works i dont think, and remember to whistle off once jumped off

Golem won't target my flier, it always comes after me when I jump off and ignores the bird

Yeah, that can happen, try to be more faster and far than golem before jump.
Also, If you are 2, you can do, one agro and one shot with the cannon

Hot damn.. This goes to almost into cheesing territory, it's so damn easy and efficient. Still, it has it's downsides too. mainly because if you don't have a trap, some other annoying creatures can come and harass you. Now I just wonder are you going to make karkinos taming too as easy as this? :D

this works, but not with an argy so you can use lymantria if you dont want to transfer dinos instead of a pteranodon, you can also use a tapejara

Thank you so much i tamed the golem 2 or 3 times but all of it took me a hours because I thought its hard so i did the trap i tamed paracer and tamed a mammoth for taking the damage i tamed it lvl 500 so i think it little worth (ok i know the max is 150 lvl but i was in a server so the max lvl was 300 after taming 450 i uprgade it 50 lvl)
Will this work with the moth? No pteranodon on scorched earth, I wanted to beat each story island from scratch without transferring tames

Make sure you don’t hit it in any place but it’s head
@@jumbas45 even if you hit it in the head every time it won’t have %100 taming efficiency because the cannon ball does splash damage and on the last shot it counts as damage after it’s knocked out

Alright so I am confused, is it an elemental or a golem. The saddle says golem, but everyone else including dododex is saying elemental. Are they different or one in the same? Is what I am asking
They're the same creature. There's a non tameable version of the rock elemental called a Rubble Golem which is smaller, faster, and more deadly in the caves of SE. I think they wanted to make sure you didn't get the 2 of them confused and then confused everyone.

I made a cool tek cage out of pillars near my base, with a hole in the middle and a cannon on a platform in front of it. I use the hoverskiff to pick them up with the tractor beam, drop them in and tame them. they throw rocks but there is a line of celing tiles above them so nothing can get through.
