humar/brokentooth or wait til sunken temple wind serpent they are 49-50 so you won't need to lvl, just level it's friendlyness with you. it has LB 5. the fist weap in ST reduces resist which is going to be good for LB again for raids
With catlike reflex rune reducing CD of flanking strike to 15sec, and the resrts from raptor strike, not sure if ranged pet is ideal tbh even wit the claw dmg
At lvl 44 all the way even at 50 if a new pet, you go powerlevel pet or yourself if you under 50 within ZF graveyard AoE farm. Best exp and fastest + additionally plenty of cloth, items, drops what not. My first run rng as i had to level cat i got underworld band that sells on my server 300g.
I find it so funny that no one talks about the plain buzzard. The dive/screech is overlooked for leveling especially with melee BM that debuff is great. Thanks for the content, enjoy the server xfers
Thank you, I appreciate that bgh12g! I have a buzzard too and carrion birds are def legit too. I just regret that I didn’t take the unique buzzard from the badlands rune! I will definitely grab him on my second hunter
@@CharlieFultonSC I have the same regret as Gladius. Yes, not only you can tame him, but you'll also get the rune just by the time you tamed, without even having to repeat the quest and kill him.
(spoilers) Any predictions for what pet will give the lava breathe ability that was datamined? People say a core hound, but I thought corehounds were only lvl 60s in mc.

i know windserpent is for lvling. Now with Fiasco of the NM incursion behind us and every 1 and their DOG is suddenly lvl 50, Do we still go wind serpent of Cat at lvl 50?
Our dogs and other pets are lagging behind due to the quests power leveling us past our pets lol I’m still thinking cat but I’m hearing people talk an out the wind serpent from Sunken Temple that has LB 5. I’ll test him out when I grab him from ST and figure out which is better
Screech is better. And I always liked bats more because it can use screech, bite and dive all together. And with carrion or owls they either spam screech or claw, cause they both are on gcd

I hope they give us more slots someday. My only suggestion would be to pick up the vale screecher for LB 4 and then drop him at 48 for claw/bite upgrade for Humar and Broken tooth

I'm living my out the consequences. I'm gonna have to, like u said, drop my wind serpent multiple times. Drop him to tame get LB4, then drop him again to get other pet skills, then finally tame one to stick around for the raids. Then next phase, I would need to drop him again multiple times. Lol
They locked chaos bolt NA because the server had a dying population and are offering a free transfer to crusader strike NA. I think this is the only transfer available though

It’s confirmed core hound, people are debating whether we get it this phase with new core hounds somewhere, or if it’s for later phases

I have always used a cat for the SM farm. Both of them have dash though so you could make either work.

@@SnowjinTV wolf is really nice for Furious Howl, you can cast it and the wolf will hold all the aggro assuming you dont attack on ur hunter

Best wing serpent is azzara. Took me two months to get him. And I can’t make him to 40 before p3
