A meticulously maintained cruiser stern narrowboat, with one owner from new, presented to the market in superb condition.
Maggie was built in 2002 by her owners on a shell from Andicraft. She was subsequently stretched in 2013 by Brinklow Boats and fully re-fitted by Rose Narrowboats to a very high standard.
Equipment onboard includes: 230V power by landline, Mastervolt 3kW inverter or 3.5kW engine driven generator, isolation transformer, central heating by Hurricane diesel boiler, solid fuel stove, hot water by engine, boiler or immersion, water filter to galley sink, Smeg oven & grill, hob and washer dryer, Bosch under counter fridge, pump-out wc and a cassette wc in separate compartment, 3 TV's and a DVD player, 3 permanent berths in two separate cabins, hardwearing Karndean flooring throughout, galley and shower room worktops are hardwearing Staron (acrylic), fwd cratch and cover.
Propulsion is by Canaline 42hp diesel engine, aided by a Vetus 12V bow thruster with watertight bulkhead.
Maggie was repainted in October 2023 by Kate Boats, blacked and the engine was serviced. The BSS certificate is valid until June 2026.

Lovely boat,astoundingly good condition.No solar but thats not the end of the world.Can that legnth go in all locks,looking to buy within the year and was looking at 55-57ft but I like this one.

57 ft would enable you to navigate the full canal system, above that there are some lock you wouldn't get through.
