As an ardent LSU fan, I can't overstate how much we admired Jared Lorenzen. He competed in a position that so many told him he could not succeed in due to his size. We loved his heart and competitive spirit. He was living his dream, and gosh - he put passes in perfect spots all day long. Hats off to the man - wish he was still around. The sports world needs guys like that.
Buddy took his wife and son to the game. When KY took the lead at the end. He told them lets go. I don't want to see KY fans storm the field. I took my boys and son in law to '07 game. Late game play calling cost LSU that game. Everything worked out in end though.
40-17 All-time though, 4 national titles to 1ish, 16 conference titles to 2, 3 heismans to 0, 843 wins to 652, LSU has won more bowl games then UK has even been to. Need I continue? Kentucky sucks ass.

Watching this again after all these years… this looks like an illegal forward pass. The lsu player 1st to touch the ball after the bomb pass shoveled it forward. It was quick but I think he tossed it forward. You can’t do that.
