Stretch:
Cat cow
Leg extensions
- alternating leg extensions
- Add arm extension
- Add knee to elbow
- Pulse each side
Bridges
- reach arms up
- Add double pulse
- Add x2 halfway lower and lift
- Just halfway lowers
- Just pulses
Reverse core work
- single leg extensions
- Add reverse crunch
- Just reverse crunches
- Add corkscrew reverse crunch
B, B^ or BY springs
Offerings
- add high kneel
- Add chest press
- Just Chest presses
- Hand flips to finish
Y, Y^ or B springs
Light legs
- 90 90 lunge
- Add overhead reach
- Add pulse
- Add Hinge forward
- Just Hinges
Kick backs
- Kick back foot on floor
- Kick back leg elevated
- Lift and lower/ pulse to finish
B, Y or no springs
Oblique planks
- half plank knee tucks
- Full plank knee tucks
- Twist knees away from reformer
- Hold plank
- Add shoulder hinge
B, B^ or BY
Prone arm work
- double arm presses
- Single arm presses
- Add Halfway pause
- Halfway pulse to finish
Prone throws
- double arm press
- Double arm throw
- Add arm sweep back
- Add chest lift
- Add swimming legs
- Hold and swimming legs to finish
Otherside prone arm work, planks, light legs and kickbacks
RB springs
Legs in straps
- lift and lower
- Short spine
- Figure 4 stretch each side
