Hi Carrie, I am so impressed with your Hub!! I have a question. I have a virtual caseload of 50 preschoolers in a public school plus new evaluations flowing in constantly. Does the Hub have a way to keep all of this information so I can stay organized? Is that where I would use Evernote with the tasks checked off? Is this like a spreadsheet/database for keeping students’ information and needs organized and updated? Do you have anything like that available or do I need to make my own? Thank you so much!

Hey there!! I think I messaged you inside the Hub but I'll respond in here as well in case others are interested!
The Hub won't keep track of your kids or data itself, but I have a bunch of trainings and PDFs that will show you how to get organized and stay organized! We have a course in there called the SLP Reboot which goes over all of that. Here's the link to that course inside our Hub:

Thanks for the great tips! When you are taking one data point per session, how do you write your note for the day in terms of accuracy percentage? For my students, they require a number for this per note

Yes! So if you need a percentage or some sort of "accuracy", you might be able to use the 1-5 scale for that as well. So if you scored the child at a 4, that would be 4/5 which is 80%. 3/5 would be 60%, etc. It's not perfect, but remember, we're just trying to get a ballpark so that might be good enough. We would take more accurate data once per month and that's what we would use for progress monitoring. But you would need to check with your admin to see if they would allow that.
