I would like to recommend you guys one thing.
Keep indian desi dishes in the menu as well like
Chole bhature, Dal Tadka,Rajma, kadhi(made with vegan curd), vegan shaahi paneer etc.
Because many people who have heard about veganism recently think that veganism is some different branch of food, so they avoid it.
But they don't know our desi food is mostly vegan.
And in the vegetarian desi food which includes dairy like tea, lassi, curd ghee etc, all we have to do is to replace these dairy items with vegan alternative and we are fully vegan.
I hope you consider this advice.
