I always sleep in socks, and sometimes I wake up without one of them. And it's so uncomfortable and unusual (as you said) feeling, that I can't sleep further without finding that damn sock in my bed and putting it back. I'll try to use this in my favor now. Thank you!

guys I found the strongest way to lucid dream I did give up before and I wake up wright away not even a second of lucid dreaming if you have a celebrity that you really like and he/she told his/her journey of trying to lucid dream without even advice you will lucid dream I don't have a habit or any thing no reality checks no techniques I even got scared of how the dream lasted long and vivid I didn't have any success before now I came back because I really saw its awesome from today

  • @StumpedSlicken

I can definitely confirm that the tips that incorporate the "unusual" sleeping environment changes do work. While I haven't personally slept with just one sock or one glove on, smell has impacted my sleep. A few weeks ago, one of my dogs was sprayed by a skunk and that night I had a lucid. Of course I wouldn't recommend the smell of burning rubber to anyone trying to fall asleep, but it was just unusual enough to trigger something in my brain for lighter sleep. I can also say that changing where you sleep can have an impact as well - I slept in a different room for a few hours the other day and had a good quality lucid.
Alongside this, I can also say that not focusing on lucid dreaming can actually bring them! I've had moments in my lucid dreaming journey where I felt like giving up and would instantly stop all my practices, only for a lucid to spring up either that night or the next. It's fascinating to know the reason behind why this occurs!
Great video for both beginners and those with experience in the topic! I also really like the editing of the video!

@@bigantdud3499 In this particular case it was relieving because I was kind of having a nightmare 😅. Realising I was only dreaming calmed me, but rather than using the opportunity I sadly decided to finish that weird dream 🥹.
But I had other experiences which where clearer. It feels quite … special. You know everything around you is fake and you are quite excited because of it and because you maybe aren’t sure what to expect. And you notice the scene shifting. But you can also control it, at least, if you had an idea what you wanted to do before your dream. The best experience I had was flying from a window into a pool and up to the stars. I loved it 😍.

That little bonus tip, yeah, uhm.. what about White noise? i use an White Noise app to block out the loud neighbours noise in order to fall asleep so thats on my cellphone.
i cant fall asleep anymore without White noise because of anxiety for loud noises (neighbours and oversensitive to background noise due to beeing now used to white noise for almost everything in order to focus) The one downside of the app is adds that sometimes pop up but overal i'm happy i can have a restfull sleep again.
Ps : i think i will try Ginger tea into my daily routine, if there is a chance that my dreams are more vivid thats already a win. if i get Lucid and i wrote down i drank gingertea i know its a good idea to keep drink it, besides, its very healthy.
Stay Lucid. great video as always.

Interestingly it‘s allready a habit of mine to drink water during the night, but its very interesting, that the chances are good to awake during REM with this, so that possibly could lead to its effectiveness

My brain had proved me that tip 3 sometimes really works! xD
Some time ago, I was having a dry spell for about 2 months, no lucid dreams, poor ream recall, so I decided to stop trying for a while and pick the practice up again with a more fresh mindset. A week after dropping my practices, I had a spontaneous lucid dream! Surprised me greatly, I wasn't prepared for that to happen, so I didn't have a dream goal to achieve. But as I was standing there in my dream flat, I've just decided to try and teleport away. I looked up at the ceiling and started spinning. Before long, the ceiling was replaced by tree branches and I was standing in a forest. Unfortunately, there were also some people standing nearby that started talking to me. As they kept talking, I've become too invested in what they were saying and lost lucidity. But it was a really fun experience nonetheless!

Hey Daniel, I am thinking of buying your mentorship to learn your “logical thinking” method. I just have a few questions…
Is it a difficult/advanced technique to do?
How long does it take to learn this technique?
Do you have to wake up in the middle of the night to do this technique?
    How consistent is this technique?
Sorry about all of the questions just extremely curious. It took me 103 days straight of dream journaling for me to have an 8 second lucid dream and haven’t gotten any LDs since. I’ve tried MILD with nothing and had a few moments with WILD where I made it to a false awakening or reached sleep paralysis. Thanks! 👍

    • @LucidDreamPortal
      @LucidDreamPortal  2 месяца назад

Hi RedditSpreddit! I can see you decided to go ahead with membership, so thank you for your support!
The logical thinking approach is less of a specific technique and more of a core philosophy to how I teach lucid dreaming.
To be frank, I'd say it's by far the most direct and enduring approach to learning this subject.
You'll find that the 19 day lucid dreaming course gives you the foundations to fully understand the other videos here on the channel. But all my content stems from this way of thinking.
Getting up in the night is not necessary, and is really just one of the many options available to increase chances.
