JWST just imaged this stunning nearby galaxy, called I Zwicky 18. It's an irrelgular dwarf galaxythat is absolutely beautiful, has a composition like galaxies in the very early universe, and (most importantly) looks like a portal in space! Let's talk about what we can see in this image, and why we took it!
