I personally heard Young say, if Hearst wouldn’t have gotten injured in that Divisional round game against the Falcons, the niners was going to the Bowl!
The most Excellent cover story on Garrison "Dooby" Hearst ever....as a child (his parents; realized he liked Scooby-Doo ) ...I know him personally....as a former Lincoln County resident....my first cousins; went to school with him....I appreciate this story on him ....thanks! 😀
You should cover Kyle Orton. He was benched in favor of Rex Grossman, despite leading the bears to the playoffs his rookie year. He wouldn't really get another shot until 2008 stunting his growth.
@@ForgottenPlayerProfiles I totally agree.. You ever do Tyrone Wheatly,Desmond Howard,Tim Biakabutkua 😆 also A-train they had sooooo many, Mike Hart he was freshmen same yr as AD
The game isn't anything to support. The company was busy plotting to secure an exclusive NFL license to squat and not make a superior game. That's just bad mojo to associate with. The athlete being empty headed and acting like that is just fine proves that they should have bad luck. The only thing that would prevent that is the athelete being on the development team LIKE MADDEN WAS. So most of these athletes is like if Madden was okay with them making a 7 on 7 game
As an occult master I understand phenomenon like curses so from my superior understanding I would speculate the curse is just trolling him until something horrible happens like what happened with Kobe Bryant or maybe oj. I'm just being honest
Thanks for giving my uncle recognition i just sent this to him and he gives it a thimbs up our family appreciate it bro💪💪💪💪
That's dope! Glad he approves!

Good video man, I certainly remember him.
Appreciate it!
Bring back Disregarded duos!!!! Love to see some less known duos in the nba and nfl, or maybe even mlb??? Like duo batters or starting pitchers
Great video!
Larry centers was the man!!!! 1,000 1,000 club!!!
Definitely gotta get a video done in him at some point too
I'm a Washington fan since a kid so I can't forget number 37 Larry centers. A back that can catch and run is useful in any era
It actually started with Barry Sanders and Madden on the cover , no injuries but Sanders unexpectedly retired early
Yeah, it could definitely be chalked up to the curse, but Sanders actually was a year after Hearst. In the background on the cover of Madden 2000
Thatt doesnt count as a curse

I'll add him to my list
HA! Dude, Kyle wasn't good.
@@timhall5382 He wasn't bad
@@ALTAIR2 maybe not "bad" but certainly in that neighborhood.
Rex took the bears to the super bowl
I think 2 guys have beat the madden curse. Can't remember who
I always said to myself, I don’t believe in Madden Curse but as study more about this curse made me think might be real.
Yeah, I'm not very superstitious, but it's crazy how many injuries have come to cover athletes
Tiki Barber
Good suggestion!
Or Tiki and Ronde
Do one on Greg Olsen
Do Larry Centers the best Receiving Running Back and full back in The NFL
When I was a kid I thought he would become a star
He had all the tools
Still showed from time to time what he was
Dawgs
It's a shame. His body completely failed him

Eventually. I'm really trying to stay alot more consistent with football going forward

What an era, a time where a HB could peak mid career.

Somehow Patrick Mahomes has defied the curse.
Patrick mahomes is a one of one he is the exception not the rule
Mahomes has the most scripted and assisted career in nfl history.

It got Tom Brady by his announcing career and that's being pretty lucky
Dave krieg
A journeyman quarterback what about him
I remember when that happened.. was nasty..
Ray Goff was the worst coach in the history of sports.
There's like eight- ten guy who beat the curse. I declare the curse as imaginary
Yeah its an interesting phenomenon but I don't know if I buy it either
The curse is more of an early 2000s thing

@@TheIamPCyou, me, your mother, your mothers brothers son, and Mahomes?
