I took it, it delayed my ovulation but my gosh i could tell I was ovulating when it happened. Very strong 'signs.'
Can you share your experience, I been taking it for over a month and it has delayed my period not sure if I’m this is normal at the beginning? I know I’m not pregnant but it is getting me worried

Is it safe to take while actively trying to conceive?
Chic Lily - most fertility herbs that SHOULDN’T be taken in the TWW are due to the toning affect that they have on the uterus which could possibly prevent implantation from happening. Maca doesn’t have this toning affect and so shouldn’t prevent implantation. As mentioned, maca can have an affect on some women’s cycles so if you are going through this while taking maca then it might be difficult for you to conceive for those cycles where your body is adjusting. If you are pregnant I cannot say if it’s safe or not to consume, as mentioned in the video.
