Can you please tell me why I get this sudden urge to dance? I don't know if it's natural or I am having any mental issue. I have even heard about this dance meditation but still I want to know what's going on with me.
I have had the same urge recently. Connecting with our bodies and grounding ourselves is essential for our mental and physical health. I see it as following our body's natural urge to heal itself. Surrender to it and enjoy 🥰
I see that as totally normal and a beautiful way for your body to show you that it wants to be moved. :) It's beautiful that you can notice it. The more you connect with your body, the more you will be able to hear the guiding messages from within. Just trust your inner intuition and follow it. :) Dance is healing. To be able to surrender to your intuitive movements, to be present in the moment itself and by listening of how the body want to express itself. That's magic!! We have energies and emotions within us and we can also help our body to release old stucked energy/emotions that we hold on to and welcoming in the new and vibrate flow to us with the movements. So just keep on dancing!! :D
