Personal accolades aside the Islanders have gotten the best out of the situation with Tavares making it further in the playoffs than the Leafs who are being stuck in the 1st round ever since and arguably could've even won the Cup had Tavares stayed in the team instead, it was very close with the eventual winners Lightning and wiith Tavares in the lineup IIslanders could've gone to the Finals vs very underwhelming opponents the Lightning beat without much problems
