I made this this morning and it it delicious! I had a snack piece this afternoon and it was so moist. Will definitely make again. Also, mine needed to bake 10 more minutes. I froze half as it's just me and my husband.
I appreciate and I'm going to try soon every day and minute and second it's time for me personally to try with my family my neighbors Grands all included.
A pleasure to watch this organized video. You really took your time to explain this recipe step by step. You are so prepared. One of the best I have ever seen.
Thank you Small Town Southern Wife, Cinnamon rolls are my favorite, I baked a Cinnamon loaf bread yesterday. So good, you said 325F, in the written recipe you have 350F, could be a typo, could you clarify please.
I’m making this in a regular 9x13 cake pan. If you could fix the typo on the written recipe for 1/2 cup butter in the cinnamon mixture though 😊. Thanks for the recipe!
Can take a small bag (ziplock or a glad) for the icing, putting ingredients into bag, and close bag. Squish/roll ingredients around inside bag to mix. When mixed, cut one bottom corner, (tiny bit). If all the icing not used, can mash icing back up into bag. Fold over and use a clip, rubber and, or whatever to secure end closed. Excess can be used by those who’d like to have extra icing, after they’ve received their piece of cake. (hoping everyone can understand my directions 😊)
This recipe sounds delicious! I’d like to make this but need clarification for the recipe. You mentioned adding 4 Tablespoons of baking powder but recipe shows teaspoons and you said bake in 325 degree oven but recipe states 350 degrees…which is correct? Thank you for sharing your recipe with all of us.
It looks like you only used 1/2 cup of butter for the cinnamon mixture. I made this according to your recipe and put in a whole cup of butter. It's in the oven right now, hopefully it still turns out good. :)
You said to preheat the oven to 325 then you said when it was ready to put in the oven and bake it at 325 for 35 minutes, but your directions say 350? 3 cups unbleached All-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups milk 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs 1/4 cup melted butter 1 cup soft butter 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 TBSP flour 1 TBSP cinnamon 12 inch iron skillet Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or till done
In the list of written ingredients, you didn’t list the glaze ingredients. But I watched the video to see. I write out recipes I’ve watched on RUclips and put them in an app called Pepper Plate.
What you say and written ingredients are different!! You say 4 T baking soda and bake 325 degreesfor 35 minutes. Written says 4 tsp baking powder and 350 degrees Gor 40 minutes. Questions in comments are answered with a heart. What is correct???
Some of your verbal instructions don't match your written. You said "4 TBS" baking powder. But written says "2 tsp " baking powder. Then verbal you said "1 stick" of soft butter. But written says "1 CUP" of butter. Quite a difference there. lol
I followed your recipe that you had written down below but it is different from what you are explaining on the video for instance, you said to put in 1/2 cup of butter but your written recipe says one cup which I followed and then you said to bake it at 3:25 for 35 minutes in your written recipe says bake it at 3:5 40 minutes that was a little discouraging for me
I noticed the typo regarding the 1 cup of butter, I just went with the 1/2 cup (1 stick) which she showed in the video. I also baked at 350 as stated in the recipe since most cakes bake at that temperature. Blessings.
Oh my goodness Perfection Thank you
I'm not a baker, surely going to try.

Looks delicious. I’d like to make it. What size skillet did you use? 12 inch?

I’m thinking some pecans added in might be good!
That looks really good❣️👍😋
Well shoot, we have cut back big time on sugar but I'm gonna have to give this a try. Thanks for sharing!
What size skillet did you use?
12 inch iron skillet

Subscribed.
Looks good and will be trying. I’ll be going with a cream cheese icing though.
You said to preheat the oven to 325 then you said when it was ready to put in the oven and bake it at 325 for 35 minutes, but your directions say 350?
3 cups unbleached All-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup soft butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 TBSP flour
1 TBSP cinnamon
12 inch iron skillet
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or till done
I think the finishing touch should be some pecan pieces , after the icing!
In the list of written ingredients, you didn’t list the glaze ingredients. But I watched the video to see. I write out recipes I’ve watched on RUclips and put them in an app called Pepper Plate.
Your recipe says 350 for 40 min and you say 325 for 35 minutes. Which is it?
You said tablespoons of baking powder. The recipe says teaspoons. Which one is it please
K 325 or 350 ?? Both are mentioned

Where is the recipe?
In the video.
Thank you for posting the recipe on your You Tube channel for us.
Aren’t you related to Tammy on Collard Valley Cooks? You look like her sister or in law? Right?
Why aren't you showing the measurements of the ingredients?
I'm confused, she showed every single measurement.
I hate when youtuber dont answer their watchers questions. Thumbs down
Too much sugar. Half of that would work better.
