Daniel had a made-up mind that he would not defile his body with the portion of the King' food. I have found that cults are so alike in the fact that they cannot accept THAT FINISHED work of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Here is where an understanding of the ancient Hebrew sanctuary/tabernacle is needed. When considering the Hebrew Tabernacle & it's services, when were the services of the tabernacle completed, when the animal was sacrificed? Or on the day of atonement when the scapegoat was sent to a land uninhabited with the sins of the people upon him?
