You are doing great work. I really enjoy your cooking program, we need more Persian restaurants in the USA, I think many people would love the cuisine and it brings people together
It is such a delight to see you cook and show us these delicious recipes Yousef! Thank you for all of your beautiful work! Much love from a Mexican who loves Persian cuisine! Damet Garm!!!
This looks incredible! I'll have to make it! I made your Khoresh Bademjan and Koobideh recipes and they were awesome! Thank you for the great recipe videos! Cheers from Canada!
It's an adaptation of the Okra stew for which I am absolutely grateful. Thanks Yousef for these recipes. You have not steered us wrongly with the Okra Stew and I will certainly give this one a try. Where do you get the saffron powder?
Hi Mr Yousef, thanks for sharing this recipe. I'm feeling hungry just watching you cook :) I want to try this recipe out but I cannot find liquid saffron for sale. Do you make your own liquid saffron? Thanks.
Please serve your lovely food. How do you eat it? On top of rice or next to? Do you put the vegetables on your plate? On a side plate? Are the vegetables ever dressed with anything? Do you eat it with a fork or spoon? We need the whole Persian experience! ❤️ Thank you for your lovely cooking channel.
Thank you so much. For nearly all Persian Stews, you serve atop rice & it’s eaten with a spoon and fork. I will include it in an upcoming video for you. And the herbs you eat on the side with your hands as is, as a flavor enhancer to the bite. Sabzi is kind of an acquired taste so you can always just include a simple salad with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon instead.
Which saffron do you use? The $8 per pinch? We have this 3$ per small container and it never gives the beautiful color I see in your videos. If you live abroad, where is the best place to get good saffron and how much is it? I love your cooking, it is very similar to our Iraqi cooking, but I come here for the new delicious ideas!

where in the world you find sour grapes.
Middle eastern grocery stores should have it. Also online if you look up “ghooreh”
