Very informative, thanks for the information! Where I live 7K miles across the Pacific Ocean, we have a few fox body Mustangs here thanks to the military bases and Ford dealers. Most of them are in terrible condition, came with a 4 cylinder and were 1979 - 1983 models. But I'm really lucky to have recently purchased the only late model FB Mustang this side of the world. It's a 1989 LX with original 5.0 V8, convertible, standard and still has original paint, interior, rims and more! So count your blessings in the US, there's literally no parts here.
It's definitely all about perspective and the lens you see that through. If anything, hopefully vendors like NPD can assist with you all in some way. Congrats on scoring a very rare piece in your part of the world.
Great educational video on interior painting, and a beauteous background car!
Awesome car

Glove compartment gas tank switch not found new 'bummer if you are making a complete interior resto
Yeah. NOS is the only way for brand new. Plenty of other options tho.
